All the Time
palms down the sides of
her dress, Rita wished she had the guts to tell Mike how she felt
about him. She’d almost blurted out her longing moments ago when he
stared down the front of her top. She shouldn't have been so
obvious, but she wanted him to see her as more than a secretary.
She was a woman. A woman in love with her boss. She didn’t have to
look at her breasts to know her nipples were poking out like little
rocks. The fabric of her dress was soft and finely knit. He had to
have seen her nipples.
Since he'd made no move to touch her, and
he'd shown no interest in what she was offering she might as well
back off and accept a date from Chad Clark. He'd been driving her
nuts begging for a date. The next time he asked, she would surprise
him and say 'yes'.
It wasn’t long after Rita sat down at her
desk before the man in question entered her office. “Hey, lady. How
about the date you’ve been promising me?”
“Sure, Chad,” Rita said giving him what she
hoped was a seductive grin. “Pick me up at seven.”
    Chad stood, speechless.
“What? Have you changed your mind?” Rita
asked with a low chuckle.
“Uh, no. I’ve been asking you out for months
and suddenly you say ‘yes’. What do you expect? I’d given up on you
ever accepting,” Chad admitted honestly.
“Well, I changed my mind. I’m accepting. Do
you still want to go out?”
Chad’s handsome face lit up. “Oh, yeah. I
sure do, honey. Give me your address and I’ll pick you up tonight
at seven.”
“Tonight’s going to be your lucky night,
cowboy. See you later,” Rita said handing Chad a piece of paper
with her address and phone number clearly printed.
“All right!” Chad was grinning like a fool
when he left Rita’s office. She stared at his nicely rounded butt.
She should have paid more attention to Chad. If she hadn't been so
blinded by her boss, she would have noticed his tight, muscular
body. Not to mention, how well he filled out the front of his dress
slacks. Not only did he have a nice package, he was good looking
and had a great sense of humor.
She'd always thought of Chad as second best,
thinking Mike was the best man in the company. She'd been wrong.
Chad had moved to the head of her list. If he was a good boy
tonight, she might give him a treat he'd never forget.

Lainie had plenty to keep her busy, but she
was having a hard time focusing on her work. All she could think
about was sex. Sex and Mike. Mike and sex.
The phone interrupted Lainie’s latest sexual
scenario. Hell, and it was just getting good, too. She grabbed the
receiver and managed to identify herself.
“Lainie, love, get your butt up to my office,
ASAP.”
“Yes, sir. Right away, sir. Shall I bring
Reggy, too?” What was wrong? The owner of the hotel, Conrad, seldom
ordered her to his office in the middle of the day.
“No, just you…and bring your appetite. Lunch
is on me today.” Conrad replied.
“Oh, okay.” Lainie checked her watch, noting
it was almost time for Mike’s mid-day phone call. She hated to miss
talking to him, but she had no choice. Conrad had demanded her
presence–Mike would just have to leave a message. Voice-mail was a
great invention, but it didn’t replace the thrill it gave her to
exchange innuendoes and sexual suggestions directly with him.
Lainie took her time getting to Conrad’s
office. She stopped in the restroom to freshen her make-up and wash
her hands. God only knew what Conrad had planned for lunch.
Hopefully, it wouldn’t be something greasy or messy. Greasy foods
made her sick to her stomach and messy was a little hard to contend
with and still act the lady.
The lights in the women’s restroom were
horrid. They made her look tired and sallow. Lainie rifled through
her purse and pulled out fresh foundation, blush and eyeliner.
Minutes later, she pursed her lips and rolled on permanent lip
color in a bright shade of red followed by a coat of clear
gloss.
