impossibly sexy all in the same moment.
He turned back, fully dressed, and squeezed my hand tightly.  “C’mon babe, let’s get out of here.”
“Where are we going?” I asked in an expectant tone of voice. I was in desperate need to escape the dark mood that threatened at the mention of my family, and if anyone could get me out of it, it was my Lucky. The sex was nice, but he knew that being on the back of a bike, out on the open road would do me wonders.
“Anywhere but here,” Lucky said with a wink as he led me to his bike.
Straddling the back of his Harley, I glanced up at him, my wavy black hair cascading down my back, which hopefully made me look as pretty as I felt when he watched me.
Lucky smiled as he placed a helmet on me. He strapped one on his own head for safety, and sat on the bike, letting out a long sigh that I know held more tension than he was willing to admit.
Gripping onto Lucky’s strong arms, I held on tight as the motor revved loudly. Ripping out of the garage, we hit the road. I hoped Lucky knew without a doubt that I loved him with all of me. I said it often, but maybe not nearly enough. I tightened my grip on him and pressed my cheek to his back, gripping onto him as if my life depended on it.
Lucky's bike roared through the roads of Pleasant Valley as my hair whipped behind me. I’d never felt more alive than when I was holding onto his back. Lucky wound the curves of the mountain roads masterfully. I felt safe atop his hog, and I knew Lucky would never let anyone hurt me. We were in a dangerous situation. The clubs were waging war against one another, and as patched members of rival clubs, we were gridlocked in the center of it.
If the powers that be ever found out about our romance, the end wouldn’t be pretty, but we were a couple that refused to be torn apart. Lucky was prepared to fight, and I had a few tricks up my sleeve if need be. As the bike swerved deeper into the forest, I rested my head against Lucky's back and squeezed my arms tightly around his chest. His fingers brushed  my arm, and I knew we were sharing the same train of thought. We were damn lucky to be together, but it could get taken from us far more easily than either of us wanted to admit.
He stopped the bike at a convenience store and pulled his helmet off to glance back at me. “I’m going to grab us something to eat. You want anything in particular?”
“Nope. I already had lunch.” I licked at my lips and giggled as his eyes widened.
“So fucking corrupt. I better never lose you, Lena. You better never let go of me, baby,” Lucky said in a smoldering voice.
    "I won't, babe. Ever."

Chapter 7
    LUCKY

I brought my bike to a halt as we reached a clearing in the forest. Pulling off into the grass, I gripped the brake and parked  in the dirt. I got off the hog and helped my girl do the same, though she didn’t need no one’s help. She was basically raised on the back of a bike. The thought of her being so knowledgeable left me turned on.
Winking at Selene, I pulled a grey blanket out of the storage bag I kept strapped to the back of the bike. Flouncing out the wool blanket, it ballooned in the air before fluttering to the ground below.
“There…” I said with a smile as I pulled out a pair of sandwiches and drinks we’d picked up together.
“Such a romantic,” Selene said with a laugh as she pulled off her helmet. Her hair had frizzed a bit, so she smoothed her tresses down with her hand.
“Quit messin’ with your hair. It’s just me and you out here. Nobody cares what your hair looks like,” I said as I winked at Selene. “Besides, it’s properly messed up due to sliding my fingers through it. I like it like that.”
“Maybe I care,” Selene said facetiously as she lowered herself onto the picnic blanket and gave me a look that had my cock hardening again.  I swear the woman had paid a witch to cast a spell on me. I was so fucking lost to Selene  I almost couldn’t
