country—”
    “Don’t you dare.”
He pulled his wallet from his jacket pocket and chose a random credit card. Then he placed the card inside the holder with the check. “I will do my best to put your wishes first,” he explained. “However, when you are with me, you will not pay. Ever. If that makes you angry, then I must work hard to make you feel better with my loving. No compromises.”
A glint of steel lit her gaze, but it wavered. She glanced away from him and dipped her chin. He reached for her, but she ducked out of his grasp.
“Fine.” One side of her soft lips turned up before straightening again. “You better work damn hard tonight.”
Santi grinned. “I will, cariño. Make no mistake about it.”
    * * * *
Santi leaned against the doorframe, watching Della as she stretched her arms above her head. He took in the sight of her breasts rising, bare like he liked them. From the moment they arrived in his hotel room, he had insisted she remove all offending clothing and let him enjoy every inch of her lovely body. He had not been disappointed. Of course, he knew he wouldn’t be. Sampling her on a regular basis had given him a fever for more and an addiction.
“What are you looking at?” she said, resting hands on her hips.
He didn’t bother hiding his interest. “Those nipples. You entice me just by standing there, but you challenge me by raising your arms.”
    “Challenge you?”
He grinned. “Yes, do it again.”
“I don’t think I will.” She spun away, teasing him, and Santi crossed the room in three long strides. He caught her around the waist and hauled her off her feet to press to his chest. Della wiggled as she tried to get free. Her laughter tickled his ears, and all of a sudden he found it hard to breathe. He let her go, and she stumbled. Before she could fall, he caught her and made sure she stood steady then dropped his hands to his sides.
“What kind of stunt was that? I almost fell.”
    He shrugged.
She pointed a finger into his chest. “What happened to making it up to me, buddy?”
He pretended ignorance while he wrestled with his emotions.
“Don’t give me that innocent look.” Della spun away and marched toward the bed. When she placed one knee on the mattress, he dropped his gaze to her bare ass, and his cock twitched.
“You should walk around my home naked at all times,” he declared.
She stilled and glanced back at him. “Around your home?”
For a moment, he regretted his choice of words and then plowed ahead. “Yes, my house. In Madrid.”
Her eyes widened, and she turned around to sink onto the bed. “I thought you lived in A Coruña.”
“ Si , that is where most of my family is and where my brothers reside. However, I have a house in Madrid, where most of my business dealings take place.” He strode over to the bed and ran a palm along her thigh and around to her ass. The softness of her skin made him ache to touch more, and to taste. “You would love Spain.”
    “Um.”
He saw a tremor in her hand as she raised one to brush hair from her eyes, and confusion colored her chocolate gaze. Maybe he should have waited to ask her to come to Madrid with him, but the impulse had him blurting it out. Even now he didn’t know what he was thinking making such a suggestion.
Santi took her hand and kissed it before setting it on the bed. He encouraged her to climb higher and followed, settling above her figure. He leaned down to the valley between her breasts and planted kisses there and then skimmed his lips over the mound until he found a nipple. So ripe and taut, it called to him to suckle and flick the tip with his tongue. He took one peak into his mouth and pulled on it just enough to make her gasp and arch her back. Nothing drove him wilder than to have her offer her body up to him this way.
He licked the nipple again and watched as she responded, clutching the sheets, lashes fanned over her cheeks, lips parted. Her chest rose and fell at a rapid
