intimate tissues. Nothing turned her on more than when he stripped away her choices. While being naked in front of other people didn’t affect her the way it affected him, she had to admit she did like to see appreciative and longing looks cast in her direction.
However, when they were in a scene in public, she focused exclusively on him. When Jonas looked at her with that tawny color to his eyes, nobody else existed.
And so she pressed her free arm firmly to her side, hoping it would be enough to hold up her top.
Hades’s Palace wasn’t quite what Sabrina had expected. Surrounded by Persephone’s Garden on all sides, it rose from the center of the sculpted garden, a huge, obsidian structure glittering in the waning sunlight. The place looked dark and foreboding, imposing yet inviting. The very architecture embodied sin and decadence.
The inside was filled with shops and restaurants, each oriented toward a particular kink. In the center, the ceiling rose five stories to the top of the palace where it terminated in brilliantly colored mosaics that cast countless hues everywhere. The beauty of it stole Sabrina’s breath.
“Jonas, it’s incredible. The pictures in the brochure didn’t do it justice.”
He finished his slow perusal of the place. “Nope. They didn’t. We’re at Demeter’s tonight. I’m looking forward to seeing what the Goddess has for us.”
A man in a brightly colored shirt and khaki shorts came toward them, his arms spread in a welcoming gesture. “I’m Chad. Welcome to Hades’s Palace. Do you need some help?”
Jonas shook Chad’s hand. “We have reservations at Demeter’s, but I’m wondering what else goes on here.”
Chad gestured to the atrium positioned above them. “This is the shopping district. You’ll find stores that specialize in nearly every kind of kink, as well as regular shopping. We have a pharmacy right next to the doctor’s office.” Then he turned to indicate an archway to the left. “Through there are the private apartments of some of the senior staff. The dining rooms are to your right, and the south side of the palace, as well as the nearby parts of Persephone’s Garden, are dedicated to sex. You’ll find private and public rooms dedicated to pretty much anything you can think up. If you like, you can arrange a private room set up however you want.”
The sheer size and decadence of the palace impressed Sabrina. Hades’s Palace was on par with luxury resorts the world over. It had everything she could imagine, and it was only one part of the tropical island.
Jonas grinned when Chad mentioned sex. It was a wily look, laden with unspoken intentions that made Sabrina’s stomach twist into anticipatory knots. The device trapped between her legs under the chastity belt hummed to life. The jolt combined with her reaction to his smile, and only Jonas’s arm around her waist kept her knees from buckling.
Chad provided clear directions, and they found Demeter’s without incident. The room was decked out in an ancient Grecian decor, complete with marble columns and long, low tables that featured animal legs to hold them up. She and Jonas shared a surprisingly comfortable stone bench perched on four lion’s legs. The fine workmanship showed the fur and claws in startling, if stony, detail.
Sabrina rocked back and forth on her seat, trying to move the vibrator a little to the left in the hopes it would hit a spot a little better. In all the years they’d been together, she’d never successfully masturbated unless she was still sore from a scene or a rough interlude.
    Jonas leaned close. “Uncomfortable?”
“A little. An orgasm would help relieve some of the tension.” She managed a cheeky, suggestive smile, though she felt more desperate than anything else.
He got that look on his face that sent her pulse rocking. She recognized that her husband and the father of her children was gone, replaced by this handsome Dom who inspired both longing and a
