ever done in her life. The afterglow of her orgasm still diminished the part of her that had been scared to death by the attack earlier but, damn, it complicated things. Denying her scalding attraction to both brothers would be pointless. Justin’s wild, open, adventurous spirit made the ideal counterpoint to Jason’s practical, organized, responsible character. All her life, she’d struggled to reconcile her prerequisite for stability with her craving for spontaneity. Together, the brothers could meet her every need. She didn’t try to delude herself, Jason’s eyes had promised her their experiment downstairs meant more than simple act of kindness or distraction. No, it was a test. He’s smart enough to know I’d freak out, and restrained enough to wait for me to cave.
She shut off the water with a snap of her wrist that sent sparks shooting down her arm. Damn, she’d banged her elbow pretty hard. The bruises sprinkled across her side www.samhainpublishing.com

and around the top of her arm had already begun to darken. She said a silent prayer for Justin’s timing as she toweled dry. She would be lying dead in an alley somewhere by now if he hadn’t stopped her attacker.
Poor Justin, does he realize that his brother intends to have me too?
She added guilt to the pile of emotions bearing down on her, belted the thick robe around her waist and prepared to find out what the hell was going on.

Justin rejoined his brother after changing his clothes. He grimaced when he imagined Alexa’s opinion of his juvenile reaction.
“Don’t worry.” Jason took one look at him and understood his thoughts. Nothing unusual there, it happened all the time.
“I must have missed the day in health class where they taught that coming in your pants was a recommended method of impressing a woman.” He snagged a beer out of the fridge and plopped down on the deep leather couch in the living room just off the kitchen.
“Trust me, she enjoyed it.” His brother’s voice thickened. “The look on her face…”
“Maybe you should have let it rip in that fancy suit of yours, too. At least you wouldn’t be so damn horny now.” He laughed at Jason’s horrified expression. He would never think of messing up his fine, tailored wardrobe.
“Listen.” His twin turned serious. “I want you to know that I didn’t do that on purpose. I thought you could kiss her, take her mind off the pain, but things sort of got out of hand.”
Hmm, interesting. “Since when am I opposed to sharing my women with you, Jay?
Last I checked, I enjoyed it. We both do.”
“Alexa isn’t some party girl looking for a wild time.” Jason got defensive. He leaned forward, setting his soft drink on the coaster protecting the coffee table. He reached one hand back and rubbed his neck.

“No, you’re right about that.” Jason never acted this uncertain. Justin found it awkward to reassure him. “I wasn’t giving her some line before. I think she’s amazing.”
“Exactly my point. I don’t want to ruin what you have going with her. I know you just met her, but this could be the real thing for you. She’s different.”
“Jay, I may not have several flashy degrees or rule a corporate empire but I’m not a fucking idiot.” Before his brother could object, he barreled on. “I know this is the real thing. But not just for me, for us both. She’s the hottest woman I’ve ever laid eyes on. That day in the woods… Shit, Jay, I already told you how it was, like I’d die if I couldn’t have her. But just now, with you there, it ratcheted things up until I thought she’d start glowing like white-hot metal. Seeing her in that suit made me realize she’s not only wild at heart. She lives in both our worlds. She needs us both.”
In another rare moment, Justin’s discourse rendered Jason speechless. Clearly, he wanted to pursue the matter further but they’d both heard the shower shut off a minute ago. Neither wanted to
