would forgive them.
Dietrich’s eyes snapped open, and scanned the room. He could have sworn he just closed them. Blair was gone, and all three of them were still sleeping.
“Wake up, she’s gone!” He snapped, and jumped off the bed when Gray moved out of the way. He glanced at the clock, seven o’clock in the morning. “Where the hell is she?”
Jax turned and nodded to the bathroom door. He sighed, and gently pushed open the door a crack. Soft music played, candles lit the room, and she lay in the tub full of bubbles.
“Susan stop,” Blair was saying into her phone. “You damn well know they had no choice but to do the Triad, with so many after me. No Susan, you’re not turning them into snakes, give them a chance, I just got here. Maybe in time they’ll love me, now it’s too early and you know it. Hell, even I don’t know them.”
Gray turned to him, and he nodded, as all three of them stepped back, away from the door. “If one of her sisters turns us into anything, I swear I’ll hunt them done, and spank their ass.” Jax grumbled, and plopped down on the bed. “What is it with her family anyway, that turns everyone into snakes?”
Blair came into the room and laughed. “I’m afraid, the snake is one of our spiritual animals. Every one of us has it as a guide.” A large towel wrapped around her body, her hair was pulled up onto her head, which she now released and let it fall down to her waist.
Dietrich glanced down at their little witch and smiled. “Are you going somewhere?” He asked when a bright pink jogging suit appeared to cover her body, when she pulled the towel away.
She stepped away from him. “I was going to go for a run and look around to get my bearings, and then seek out the kitchen. I thought I would make some breakfast for us.” Blair smiled up at him. “I make great blueberry pancakes.”
“I love a good morning run. Do you mind if I join you?” Jax stood up, and moved towards the door.
“Um, aren’t you forgetting about some clothes?” Blair snickered admiring his ass.
Jax turned, and grinned at her. “I don’t wear any when I run. Is that going to be a problem?”
She cocked her head to the side and smiled. “I’ve never run in the nude. Sure, why not?” Blair proceeded to lift up her sweatshirt.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Dietrich frowned and watched as she slipped off her shoes, then pants.
“Going jogging with Jax of course. When in Rome do like the Romans.” She turned away from him, laughing.
“You will not be running without clothes.” All three of them demanded at the same time.
Blair turned, and put her hands on her hips. “And why not? If you can do it, so can I.”
Jax snarled, and nodded at Dietrich. “Would you please put some sweat pants on me?”
She grinned, and pulled her pants back on and shirt. “Thank you.” She twined her hair into a knot in the back. “Now let’s go, so I can make a big breakfast for us when we get back.”
“You don’t have to cook Blair. We have twenty-four hour staff here in the kitchen. Whatever you want, they will make for you.” Gray moved in front of her. “But first aren’t you forgetting our morning kiss?”
Blair frowned, and glanced up at Gray. “Why do you want a morning kiss? You already performed the Triad. There is no reason for a kiss. It isn’t going to help any of you. Just like last night, you didn’t have to sleep in my bed.”
Dietrich sighed, and sat down on the bed. “Come here Blair, we need to talk.” He patted the spot on the bed next to him.
She moved to the bed and sat down next to him. Gray and Jax knelt down in front of her.
“We’re sorry about last night. We should have taken more time with you. You’re our wife now Blair. In all my years, never did I believe that I would be lucky enough to have one, but the god’s smiled down on me when you walked
