    “It’s hard to say exactly what triggers him to attack and kill these women. It could be something he sees; while he is driving, something he sees on the sidewalk, in a park, in a store window, on a billboard, or even something he fantasizes about. Something triggers his sex drive, which has been suppressed, and he can no longer control his desire. All had their breasts bitten hard enough to draw blood, but not hard enough to detach the nipples.”
