at the airport.”

Samantha gave Cameron an apologetic look “I need to fly out to New York tonight. Apparently I have a few employees in my Manhattan hotel wanting to boycott and bring the union into my hotel. I promised to meet with the rebel rousers and negotiate.”

Cameron raised an eyebrow “don’t you have a board that makes decisions on those issues?” She shook her head. “Maxwell International is a privately owned company and I’m the sole owner. I won’t go public, too much stress worrying about trying to appease members of a board when I am perfectly capable of hiring and firing people willing to work for me. My father taught me that.”

Samantha gave a weak smile to Lily and Vince, they nodded in understanding. “Well, since you’re going to New York, stop by the house and give little Mario my regards.” Jay stated, she grinned as she got her things and then looked up at Cameron “want to drive me to McCarren International?”

Cameron smiled as he wrapped his arms around her, “You know I will baby, but don’t you have to get back to the hotel and pack?” Lily snorted “she doesn’t need to pack, she has Brent to do that for her.”

Samantha rolled her eyes. “Actually, he has my messenger bag. I have a change of clothing in the plane. Once we land, we’re heading to the main house and I’ll pack a bag and stay at Brent’s house.”

“When will you come back to Las Vegas?” Cameron asked, she thought about it for a moment. “I should be wrapped up in New York by Wednesday night. I have a few meetings here on Thursday with some of the other hotel owners we talked to today.”

Vince grinned then looked at Lily. “While Cam and I talked cars with the customers, Sam made deals with Bellagio and The Venetian in opening a hotel in Dubai.”

Lily looked at Samantha in shock, Cameron laughed “yeah, my little mogul here was sexy as she negotiated millions of dollars while wearing biker gear.”

Samantha scowled at him as she looked over to Lily “they’re exaggerating. I will however take you with me to Tahiti once we get the green light.” Both Cameron and Vince scowled at the women as they laughed at making them jealous. She hugged everyone goodbye then took Cameron’s hand. He raised her hand to his lips and kissed it as he led her to his car and drove her to the airport.

“Auntie Sammie, when can we move with you and daddy to Las Vegas?” Brent’s son Matthew asked, she smiled. “As soon as you’re finished with the school year, so about six weeks.”

The meeting with the employees at her Manhattan location went better than she anticipated. Sure she had to fire the assistant general manager and a few of the staff in the front office for causing the commotion in the first place, but in the end the crew pulled together and now were back to being the happy family she expected from them.

It was Tuesday night, their last day in New York and Samantha sat at Brent and Sirius’ kitchen table decorating cupcakes for the kids annual pre summer party held at the school.

Brent and Sirius had surrogate mothers for both children. Matthew was six and his sister Samantha was eight. She was honored when the couple decided to name their first child after her and was given the title god mother to little Sam while Vince and Lily were god parents to Matthew.

Sirius handed her a cup of coffee and sat next to her, grabbing a cupcake to decorate. “So, are we house hunting after the move to Las Vegas or am I to expect my husband to have one for us?” He looked lovingly over to Brent, he blushed.

“Baby, you know we’ve decided that we should wait until you get there.” Samantha chuckled “you’re staying with me until you two decide on a place. Now I don’t want you to rush, the house is the size of Brooklyn so you won’t be in the way.”

Sirius looked at Brent confused, he laughed. “You know Sam baby, she went big
