often accompanied them on their travels, and she was frequently involved in their sex play.  She enjoyed the S & M aspect of it as much as Celine did, and their roles were frequently reversed.  Celine was only worried about one aspect of her life.  She was becoming more and more addicted to Peter…in every way.  The man was definitely in her blood now, but she had no idea of what she might do if he discarded her as he had Sylvia?  Sylvia still got to participate in the travel and the sex games, but she wasn’t an everyday part of Peter’s life any longer. As close as she was to Sylvia, Celine still didn’t know how the woman felt about her situation.  She got the chance to find out when Peter announced he was going away for a week, alone.  He offered no explanation as to where he was going, and he refused to leave a contact number.
The first night Peter was gone Celine actually sat in her home and sulked, perversely enjoying an opportunity to be unhappy about something, anything at all, in her perfect life. Before the second day was over she had invited Sylvia over for dinner and a girl’s night.
The two women were truly attracted to each other, even when it didn’t involve one of Peter’s games.  The very first thing they did when they got to Celine’s house after work was take a long bubble bath together, sharing a nice Argentine Malbec between them as they let the honeysuckle scented oil soothe their bodies and minds.  Between the delightful fragrance, the delicious wine, and Sylvia’s wandering hands, Celine was content.
“Sylvia,” Celine said quietly, “I need to know why you gave this all up. I’m having the time of my life and I just can’t see a downside.”
Sylvia sat up straighter in the tub, setting her wineglass aside.  Staring straight into Celine’s eyes.  “At first, I did it for the money…and then I did it because I came to love it.  Peter’s dark side was exciting and new to me, and I felt deliciously bad, you know, kind of like when you’re a little kid and the first time they leave you at home alone you run all through the house naked, just because you can and you know it’s bad. After a while, I still got a thrill from it, but I felt guilty about it, I felt dirty somehow.  I didn’t want to play as often as I had before and Peter knew it. He didn’t ask me to leave, I did so because I knew I wasn’t making him happy any more…I couldn’t.”  Sylvia took a deep sip of her wine and set it back down.  “I still get in the mood for it sometimes, but I don’t know when it will strike me.  He wasn’t expecting me the other night, we were just an added thrill for the evening’s entertainment.”
“Can I ask who the other girl was?” Celine probed.
“You can ask,” Sylvia splashed a little water on Celine, “but I won’t tell.  She’s another employee who didn’t make it all the way.  Occasionally she wants to play, and she’s usually strictly hetero…she gets in the mood for a little wildness sometimes too.  If she wants you to know, she’ll tell you…….she still works for the company.”
“The hair!” Celine exclaimed, “Hers is real too!”
“You’re uncomfortably close to Peter’s darkest little secret, and I think I’d better shut up right now.  He’d kill me if I let the cat out of the bag before he does.”
“Oh come on Sylvia, I’m not going to tell him you said anything,” Celine said cozxingly.
Sylvia was adamant.  “If you knew, he’d know I told you, and it’s the only hurdle you’ve got left in front of you,” she said.  There will be no way to fake the shock you’re going to get when he lets you know…and I’ll tell you now it’s major shock.   I nearly left him then.  I actually hated Peter for a while.”
Celine was speechless.  What could Peter possibly do that would make Sylvia hate him? All she could do was to wait.
Peter sent for her as soon as she returned.  He had missed her, and it was
