She sat her beer on the kitchen table and walked to him, he was leaning against the wall. She reached up and took his face in her hands. “Stefan it’s not that I don’t trust you, but I’m ashamed. We are getting to know each other, maybe in time I will tell you everything that has happened in my life, but right now I want to take it slow.”
    He arched his dark eyebrows at her. “I thought you wa nted to be just fuck buddies?” He wrapped an arm around her back and pulled her closer to him.
    “I do, I’m not saying I want to be your girlfriend or anything.” She hadn’t had anytime to be herself.
    He smiled down at her. “I understand and I will take you anyway I can get you.”
    She stared at his lips as he slowly lowered them down to hers. She moved her fingers to his hair to tangle and to bring his mouth closer to hers.

    Now she looked up at him and he was staring into her eyes. “And you are a sweet talker.”
    He grinned at her, and rubbed the tip of his nose against hers. “Sometimes I am, but right now I’m not. I’m only telling the truth, you take my breath away.” She felt her face heat up with his words. “Look at me.” She did, and she knew she was a goner for him. She thought she was going to see anger when she did, but she didn’t. He smiled at her. “I will leave this alone for now as long as you promise me you’re fine.”
    “I am.” She bit her bottom lip as she stared into his stunning hazel green eyes. When she thought about spending the night with him, she didn’t want to talk about her soon to be ex-husband, she wanted his mouth and wicked tongue to work his magic on her. She had to admit that he looked amazing in his police uniform. She slowly moved her hands to his chest. “Can we be done talking?
