Damon sat on the bed, watching the rise and fall of his wife’s chest. Wow . He couldn’t believe he’d married Becky last night. It felt right, though. She wouldn’t leave now. He would look after her.
Becky was sound asleep and didn’t look to be waking any time soon. His stomach growled and he glanced at his phone and messaged Jacob and Caleb, telling them he’d meet them for breakfast. Damon was going to eat, then he would tell Jacob what he’d done with Becky and hope Jacob wouldn’t get too angry. Jacob would forgive him when he saw how happy Becky made him and how good he treated her.
Leaning down, he brushed Becky’s hair off her face and kissed her. She moaned, “No more. Give me some sleep.”
He grinned as she batted his hand away and he slid it down her body. “I’m going to get some food, angel. I’ll be back.”
    “Mmm.”
She was so beautiful with her hair in an array around her, her lips puffy from his kisses and her nipples peeking out from the covers. He was a lucky man.

Becky awoke to find herself alone in bed. Her body ached and she groaned as she felt the stickiness between her thighs. Great, just great—she’d had sex with Damon finally, but it had been unprotected. How could she have been so stupid?
Her head throbbed and she had to go to the bathroom. At least she was the only one in the room, although she should have expected that Damon would leave her once he got what he wanted. She thought Damon would have stuck around after last night. “Argh, I’m attracted to douche bags,” she moaned into the empty room. Why did he bother wooing her and taking her on dates if he was just going to flee in the morning?
She closed her eyes and took in a couple of deep, calming breaths. God, she sounded like a bitch. What was wrong with her? She didn’t act like this. This was supposed to be a fun holiday. She wasn’t meant to fall in love.
Crawling out of bed, she stumbled sleepily to the bathroom. She did her business, and as she washed her hands she squealed at the sight of a huge diamond on her ring finger. Then she looked in the mirror and all of last night that had been foggy when she awoke came flooding back to her. Oh God, she’d gotten married to Damon.
Looking around her, she freaked. Today was her last day on holiday. Damon may have been good at taking her out on dates and calling her his girlfriend, but Becky had known deep down that Damon wasn’t for her. She planned on going back to Australia when her visa ran out. Becky had fallen in love with Damon, but she knew the type of women he was usually with, and she was nothing like them. At least, she thought she wasn’t, but after last night she wasn’t so sure anymore.
Becky shook her head and sighed. Things wouldn’t last with Damon. She needed to get away before she did anything else stupid. How could she have let this happen? What had she done? She couldn’t be married, she barely knew Damon. She’d been planning her wedding since she was little. She hadn’t dreamed of marrying in a Las Vegas chapel. Tears slid down her cheeks and she brushed them away. Crap, what if he came back and told her what a big mistake he’d made? She couldn’t handle that. She didn’t know if she ever could.
Oh. God. Oh, God . Damon was a slut. Since meeting him, it seemed like he slept with a different woman almost every night, sometimes more than one. Shit, shit, shit. She’d had unprotected sex with a man whore. God, she was an idiot. Becky needed to get away before she saw him again and made any more mistakes. Damon turned her into an insecure idiot. She hated that she loved him.
Finding her dress, shoes, and bag, she pulled everything on ran out of the room. She needed to get away. She needed to think. Becky needed to do a lot of things, like being tested. Fuck, fuck, did she really get married? Would she need a divorce? The fuckwit hadn’t even been there when she awoke. What a prick move. Her heart sank and tears
