man again?
Liane licked her lips as he held her
gaze. “So, where did you get the shrimp scampi?”
    His
laugh was soft and easy. “I told you that you’d owe me something very special
for telling you.”
Liane’s entire body tingled. This was
it. All she had to do was let it happen. “What will I owe you?”
    Emmett
cupped her face and this time she did moan. He kissed her, and it was so sudden
and unexpected she barely responded. Then he released the kiss and gazed at her
with dark eyes. “ That, and more of the same. I want
you in every room of this apartment. I want you wearing this dress but no
underwear, and then I want you naked, tied to my bed.”
    Holy fuck…
    “And
when we don’t think we can fuck one more minute, I want you in the bathtub, all
slick and sweaty as our bodies move together. Are you on any contraception, by
the way?”
    She
nodded. She’d never stopped using it after Molly was born.
    “Good.
I have no STDs. May I assume the same of you?”
    “I
have none.”
    He
grinned in a way that made her pussy wet. “Then we have nothing standing in our
way, do we?”
Liane could barely breathe. She stared
into those ice blue eyes and felt her resolve slip away as easily as one of
those shrimp would slip off a fork. She wanted this man, and she wanted him
now.

Chapter
Five

Liane shook her head. “Nothing. Nothing is standing in our way.”
    Emmett
kissed her again, longer this time, but he released her mouth before she could
part her lips to let his tongue inside. Her body ached for him now. Her pussy
was soaked, and her nipples tingled. Every fiber of her being wanted to be
naked with him. The light in his eyes was full of lust and amusement. No one
had ever looked at her with such raw passion, and it sent her mind reeling with
erotic images.
    “Have
you ever been tied up?”
    She
shook her head. Words weren’t possible right now.
    “How
about spanked?”
    “Oh
God,” she whispered.
    He
moved his hand off her face, down into the valley between her breasts and over
her abdomen, lazily, as if he hadn’t a care in the world. She watched it move,
aware of the tiniest details she hadn’t noticed before. He had several small
scars on the first three fingers of his right hand, and the nail on the middle
finger was an odd shape. Had he been injured during one of his adventures above
ground?
    When
he reached her thigh, he brushed his hand over her skirt and then played with
the hem. “Look at me.”
    She
couldn’t have disobeyed that voice if she’d wanted to. It wasn’t cruel, but it
left no doubt it expected the listener to comply.
    “Are
you wearing panties?”
    “Yes.”
    “And a bra?”
    “Yes.”
    “Do
they match?”
    She
smiled. “Yes.”
    “Good
girl. Make sure you always wear matching underwear from now on.”
    “All right.”
    He
moved the hem of her skirt up, higher and higher, so damn slowly that Liane was sure she’d burst. The anticipation was killing
her. Just as he was about to lift it high enough to expose her groin, a woman
poked her head into the room.
    “Pardon
me, but do you want me and Jeremy to clear the dishes yet?”
    Emmett
didn’t move his hand. In fact, he seemed totally nonplussed that he’d just been
caught feeling her up. “Yes, Kim, but leave the wine. And then give us privacy
please.”
“Of course.” She and a man stacked the dishes
on a cart so quickly that Liane knew they must be
used to this. She pushed away those thoughts. No one else was here now. She
would not allow his past conquests to intrude on this evening.
    Once
they left and had closed the panel doors on both sides of the room, Emmett
smiled at her. “Now where were we? Oh yes.” He moved her skirt up over her
groin and then her abdomen. “Those are very pretty. You like things to match,
don’t you?”
    “Yes.”
    “So
do I .” Emmett released her skirt and gently pulled her
to feet. “Take them off but leave the dress on.”
Liane found it difficult to take
