happened, and that it was with a girl, because she had never felt this way before about anyone. It felt all surreal to Shannon, but she didn’t want it to end now, or ever for that matter. As they drove back to Megan’s house they remained quiet, but not because the situation was awkward. They were both smiling, ear to ear, dancing to the music in Megan’s car and acting like teenagers that had fallen in love for the first time. It was the best night of her life, thought Shannon, and she hoped it would never end. When they pulled back into Megan’s driveway it was nearing two thirty in the morning, but sleep wasn’t on their minds.
The girls didn’t say a word as they walked through the door, already in full embrace as Megan pushed it shut behind them. They stumbled through the door and up to Megan’s room, undressing each other as they made their way up the stairs. By the time they reached the bedroom door, they were in their underwear and breathing heavily from the intense kissing and touching. Shannon shoved Megan onto the bed and climbed on top of her, almost never letting their lips separate. Nothing could be this amazing, thought Shannon, as Megan’s lips agreed silently. She pulled Megan’s underwear to her knees, caressing her softly with her hand. Megan grabbed Shannon’s hair and let out a moan that showed she was feeling the same way Shannon was. Shannon’s lips moved down Megan’s body, slowly and delicately touching every part of her. They were in love and she would show her just how much from this day forward. She would proceed to caress Julie’s body softly, gently and eloquently. It was a temple to Shannon and she worshiped it as such. When Megan reached the peak, and finally crossed over, she grabbed Shannon, pulling her up for a long, deep kiss that sent sparks running through her body. This was the perfect night.
As Shannon opened her eyes she realized she and Megan were laying there, still fully undressed, embraced in each others arms. She didn’t remember falling asleep, but exhaustion must have kicked in during the intense moments that ended the night. They both reached the highest point they could possibly reach sexually and fell out immediately afterward. She smiled and kissed Megan’s breast before rolling over to grab her phone. She was hoping she hadn’t slept too long because she and Megan had a lot of planning to do if they were going to go back to Shannon’s place together in a couple of days. She turned on her phone and was shocked that it was only seven in the morning. She hadn’t slept but a mere two hours or so and didn’t know why. She also had a few messages from Julie and was nervous to read them, even though she knew Julie was okay wherever she was. She looked at the messages, which were all jumbled up because of how intoxicated Julie was when she sent them. She couldn’t make out much more than the fact that she had slept with the guy and was waiting for him to wake up and bring her back to Megan’s. She laughed and got out of a bed, knowing that whenever she did get back, she didn’t want Julie to see them in this position.
Shannon walked down the stairs to the kitchen after getting dressed, needing something to drink. As she walked into the kitchen and flipped on the lights, she almost jumped out of her skin.
“You are up early,” said Julie, as she laughed at Shannon’s reaction to seeing her.
“Dammit Julie!” Shannon said, almost under her breath. “What are you doing here; and why are you sitting in the dark?”
“I didn’t know where anyone was and I didn’t want to wake you or Megan up with lights or by making any noise.”
“I feel asleep in Megan’s room after last night. We were out way too late and I was too exhausted to come back downstairs after hanging out with her.”
Shannon was hoping Julie didn’t think that was odd as she never slept in the same room with someone as far as Julie knew.
“Did you girls have any luck at the
