looking around at the wide, open room dominated by a lushly appointed king-size bed. Heavy draperies fell from the ceiling to swathe the bed in a cocoon of fabric. Quinn thought it looked like the bed was suffocating but most women seemed to find it inviting. From Sarah's pleased expression, she was one of them.
"So, where do you sleep?" Sarah asked.
He crossed his arms. "You really should have read that paperwork, Ms. Caldwell." He walked up behind her and inhaled the light floral fragrance coming from her hair. The pulse at the base of her neck jumped beneath her light brown skin. God, he couldn't wait to see her spread out for him. She was like a honey-colored treat.
"As your handler, I'll be staying here with you."
She spun around and stared. "Here. With me." A long moment passed when the only sound in the room was her ragged breathing. Then she looked up at him, her brown eyes wide. "Okay. I wouldn't be here if I didn't need to learn. This is where it really starts, right?"
"Excellent attitude. I'm here to be your guide, in every way. To teach you what it means to truly share your body with someone." He stepped closer deliberately invading her personal space. Her hair looked like satin under the soft lighting, the rich dark color a perfect contrast to her light brown skin. They'd be a fascinating tangle of colors once he got her naked and beneath him, a breathtaking study in contrasts, light and dark, feminine and masculine, soft and hard. His cock stiffened just thinking about it.
"So, you're going to be the one who teaches me? I thought I was taking classes?" Sarah wrinkled her nose in confusion as she peered up at him and it took everything in him not to lean down and kiss her.
"Since you didn't bother to read your orientation paperwork, let me summarize for you." Quinn stalked toward her, forcing her to move back until she bumped into the bed.
"While you're here, I own you."

HER BREATH CAUGHT IN her throat. Surely, he couldn't mean that the way it sounded. "You mean you're responsible for me, right?"
"No, I mean I own you." He leaned over her, his motion forcing her back until she finally collapsed on the bed.
"This body is mine to care for, punish, taste and teach as long as you are here. I'll escort you to every class and when you need to practice what you learn, I'm who you'll practice with."
Sarah forgot how to breathe. Images of taking a "test" like the one she'd witnessed earlier assaulted her. Her breath left her chest in a vicious huff of air.
"I'll be practicing with you?"
He nodded, his eyes grave behind the mask. "Only with me. You'll take classes and be instructed by others but when it comes time to apply what you've learned, that's where I come in. Some of our other students, particularly those interested in ménage, willingly partner with other students in class. You're on the conservative track so you'll only have sexual contact with me."
"Wow." She'd thought she was prepared for the reality of sex with someone she didn't know well. Most of her friends had sex with people they met in bars. People whose names they couldn't remember the next day. At least here everyone was screened and tested first.
She'd come prepared to learn how to have sex. She hadn't been prepared to be overwhelmed and so horny she wanted to hump her instructor's leg.
"Unless you'd rather speak to Madame about changing your schedule?" His eyes sparkled.
He was laughing at her, the big jerk.
"No, I don't want to change my schedule." If she had to do intimate things with someone, she'd much rather it was him. He felt familiar somehow, probably because he reminded her of Quinn. Plus, he seemed to feel the same crazy attraction she did. Maybe it was a sign that she wasn't completely hopeless in bed.
He stepped up until he stood next to her. She turned her head slightly and gulped. The height of the bed put her perfectly in line with his zipper.
Good lord.
"Sarah? Look at me."
Sarah managed to rip her eyes away from the bulge in his
