Adrian's knee again. "I had a miscarriage early on, but nothing since. It's just not in the cards." Hell, that was why they'd gotten married.
"Sorry, luv." Packer patted her leg in return, and Adrian reached out to grab her hand. Cowboys. American or Aussie, they were all the same.
"It's okay. I work long hours... worked, I mean." She probably didn't have time to be a mom.
"How's the wine, luv?" Packer adroitly changed the subject, squeezing her knee.
"Rich, wonderful. I'll have to drink slow or it'll go to my head."
"Oh, we can't have that..." Her two men grinned at each other, talking in unison again.
"Which part? Drinking slow or getting tipsy?"
"I like the way you think, you know." Packer was about to start something, she could tell. Something raunchy maybe. Thank goodness the appetizers came. She nibbled on her shrimp -- of course, so did Adrian.
    And Packer.
They also made their way through lobster fondue and toasts and some salads. Those boys were storing away some energy.
Adrian's steak came, and it was the size of a brontosaurus. "Good lord. Are we feeding the Flintstones?"
"I'm starving, baby girl. And Packer? He may be wiry, but he can eat. No worries."
She shook her head, grinned and cut her little steak up. "You two are going to be comatose later."
"I'm not the one who falls asleep after a half a slice of cheesecake." Oh, now Adrian was playing dirty.
"No, but chocolate and coffee leave me wired for sound, Meat Boy."
    "Mmm. She has a point."
"Yeah? Chocolate and coffee for dessert, then."
She looked over at Packer, grinned. "Are you sure you can handle me wired for sound?”
"I think we can, love. It may take two of us." Pack’s eyes were sharp, serious, and the look made her wet, made her nipples ache they hardened so quickly.
Adrian gasped next to her, and she knew he could tell where she was headed.
"It'll be fascinating to see y'all try."
"You have no idea. You caught us by surprise before, right, Chook?"
Adrian nodded. "Packer is good with a plan."
She sized them both up and decided her best chance to get a leg up was Adrian. "I bet he has lots of plans with you."
Adrian's cheeks went an adorable shade of pink. "Usually, yeah."
That made her chuckle, feeling back on top of the game.
"Now I get to include you, hmm?" Adrian's hand slid up her thigh under the table. She hadn't even noticed how close he'd moved.
"Be good, now." Her thighs parted, she couldn't help it.
"There's no fun in that, love." Packer's fingers sent chills right up her spine.
Her belly went tight and she ached, wriggling just a bit. "Don't make me beat you."
"Oh, no. We'll do that to Adrian."
Adrian gasped and her eyebrow went up, her lip quirking. "Will we, now? I haven't done that since before we were married,” she murmured. They had only done that twice, when they were young and wild and testing limits.
Packer moved even closer. "Do tell, love. We need to compare notes."
    "No. No, you don't."
She glanced over at Adrian, then Packer turned her face to face him. Okay, whoa hot. "Hey."
"Hey. We're talking about the plan. Pay attention, luv." Packer winked, and he was so close she could count individual lashes.
"Are we? I'm an RN, you know. I'm very good at following a plan."
"Mmm. You have a good knowledge of anatomy, too, I reckon." That smile... it fascinated her.
"You have no idea, mate." Adrian made her grin when he sounded a little panicked.
"I do. I love when he's crazy for it, too." Calleigh knew Adrian could do amazing things, when he needed.
"Yes. When he's twisting and burning and his ass is a little red, huh?"
Adrian made this noise, half outrage, half horny, that made her and Packer both laugh.
"Yeah. He wouldn't let me, after the first couple times. Still, I like when he begs for it." She could push it, she knew it. Fuck, the worst that would happen was that Adrian would retaliate, make her desperate, which -- come on -- there was no bad there.
"I'm sitting right here." Adrian must have
