getting to know the men that I loathe so much. Well fine, you’re just lucky I’m in the giving mood right now.
Chase, Simon, and Dean McAllister, otherwise known as The McAllister Triplets, can be compared to what happens when you breed evil. Over the years they have used their devilish good looks and charm to get everything and anyone they want. Well almost… my sisters are too clever for them. Which is why they live in California. I’m getting off topic though.
As you’ve guessed by now they are the playboys of the city, and from what I see, they live for it. Sporting a new woman every night to show off and flash around, then never calling them back. No, they haven’t changed over the years. But it doesn’t hurt the same way it did back then. As usual all the women are the same, they have that same dream I once had, that they will be the one to change them. Unfortunately for the women, they find out they’re nothing special by morning when the guys have left them and moved on to their next round of victims. See, nothing has changed.
My sisters used to tell me of this switch technique they would pull in college… unfamiliar with it? Well… it’s when they pretend to be each other to ditch the poor unsuspecting girl without having to feel bad. Although I’m pretty sure Chase and Simon are void of all human emotions. Despite the fact that they are identical, they each have their own characteristics to help tell them apart… that is if you know them well enough. If you don’t, they’ll use it to their advantage.
To an unfamiliar eye they are every bit alike with their short ink black hair that falls perfectly in their faces… I’m convinced they do it so women will attempt to fix it.
Attention whores.
Their unnaturally dark blue eyes cast a hypnotic hold on anyone ill-fated enough to look into them and always have a hint of sinister that dances through in the most alluring kind of way. To finish off the look their hard-bodied build and tan skin is always covered with designer suits that are perfectly fit to tease and make women want to rip their clothes off.
I mean, if you go for guys like that…
I remember my mother telling me once years ago that they wear the suits because Chase thinks they need to look professional in the city. I think they wear them because it gives off the idea that they are the puppet masters of their world and ours.
So now that you have a good visual, look closer—past the dazzling white teeth, past the charm-laced air that pulls you into to them, and far past the way they manage to leave a girl breathless by just saying her name—and you will see they aren’t that much alike.
They each have very distinct characteristics which were inherited from their father who passed away when they were young. My mother’s friend, pain-in-the-ass Judith, always used to say how their father Jack passed his best traits on to each boy. If you are lucky, or unlucky, enough to get to know them deeper you’ll see. For instance, Chase, the oldest and the Senior Principal Partner for McAllister Architectural and Design, has always been what most of you consider your satisfactory Alpha male. He is diligent in movements, never reveals any sort of emotion, and controls situations at all times. He always carries their father’s pocket watch on him, which is a family heirloom. You’ll know you’re about to be dismissed, because he takes it out. He wears his suits properly, the way men should; and above all always knows how to charm people into doing what he wants. Not just women though. He can calm any situation, which I imagine comes in handy for dealing with Simon since Chase is usually the one being quoted in the paper when he is sent to clean up Simon’s messes. Though there is one woman that can bring him to his knees, leaving him stuttering like a teenager. I was lucky she just happens to be my oldest sister, Morgan. The mere mention of her name can cause the man’s brain to melt right
