got brave enough to move and I hid in the shed.

They were near. I peeked out the cracked shed window. I only saw their shadows and heard their angry voices.

They seemed to have left the house, but I did not want to move from the shed.

I was scared to see if my parents were killed .

I got out and went inside the house and saw nothing on the main floor. I continued upstairs and saw my parent’s bed was soaked with blood.

I took a deep breath and went down to the basement. I was in such shock. My dad was lying there dead, with bullets riddled all over his face and body.

My mom was lying next to him . She suffered the same wounds. I did not know what to do, where to go.

I had no idea why the action was upstairs and in the basement. I had guessed the intruders were looking for something valuable.

The funeral was very sad. People I never met were there. When our neighbors were back from their vacationing in Hawaii , they checked on me, to see how I was holding up. I was mentally unstable.

My heart was completely destroyed. After some time my friend Mira, said that they were thugs. They had the intention of robbing our house.

They finally were finally caught and going to go away for life.

As my search for love continued I had met a girlfriend, Samantha.

I trusted only two p eople in the whole wide world, m y girlfriend and of course myself. One day when I was in a pizza joint, I got a phone call.

My jaw dropped. Samantha had an accident. I rushed to the hospital and saw her out cold in a bed, with a big bruise on her face.

I sat beside her and gently kissed her lips. We were in a lesbian relationship. She started to wake up from a nap and looked towards me with tears in her eyes. `

"Ì love you so much." she said. A teardrop ran down my face and I started to cry.

She said to me that she had wished that we would get married. She wanted to get away somewhere far so we could be in a safe place so we could live in peace.

But she looked like she was going to die. I promised her that I would make her wish come true. I was going to marry her before she died.

Suddenly, Samantha closed her eyes. I knew she was dead, gone to heaven, maybe hell.

Weeks had passed on. I would never forget Samantha but I had to move on. I decided I didn’t want this life anymore. I was very indecisive in my life.

I wanted to be one of them; a vampire. I met a vampire that would turn me. His name was Rupert.

We met at a vampire bar and I had told him that I would pay him big bucks if he would turn me.

Rupert was tall, slender and had light blue eyes and long blonde hair. He had a deep voice with a French accent .

He didn’t want my money only my blood. He warned me that turning me would keep me the way I look forever until death. I accepted. We met one night at a motel . He was ready to perform.

I was nervous and he took me by the neck. Rupert asked me if I was ready and I told him to hurry. He said that he was going to enjoy every second. He began sinking his teeth in my neck and sucking my blood.

He moaned as he sucked. It stung at first then I felt light headed. After two minutes I passed out on the bed beside me.

Several hours had passed and I woke up. Rupert asked me if I was ok. I was fine.

“Am I..?” I asked. Rupert looked at me with shock! “This can’t be right.” he said. Rupert told me that I was still human and in his 3000 years as a vampire he never witnessed such a thing.

He called his friend to help him out . An hour later another vampire had arrived. Her name was Sheila.

She was also tall, slim, and pretty with black hair. She was to try to turn me.

Sheila lashed at my neck and a minute later I was passed out again. I woke up a few hours later and I felt no different except weaker.

Sheila and Rupert were in shock. I asked if I was turned and they told me I was still human. Rupert started
