also spent a lot of his time helping needy children and provided food and medicine to poor countries. She began to fall in love with him as his approval rating reached one hundred. She felt this perfect match was too good to be true. Adrian’s fondness for Christa had also reached its peak. He loved how adventurous she was and appreciated the dreams she had for the future. She was also an outspoken person for human rights and volunteered at an animal shelter.
Just when Christa thought everything seemed on the up and up, something hit her like a ton of bricks. While she had been having a fun time with Adrian, she had not noticed that her time of the month had come and gone without so much as a single cramp. It wasn’t until she began having morning sickness did she realize something was wrong. She took a home pregnancy test that revealed that she was indeed pregnant. She took a second one to be safe and even went to the doctor for a blood test.
Her life felt as though it was about to turn upside down. She had not been with anyone since Lance or Adrian. She decided not to tell anyone about it. She would keep it a secret until she could figure things out. She wanted to keep her baby but she needed to know who the father was before she could start a real relationship with Adrian. She began to feel hopeless. However, if there was anything she could be proud of, it was her resourcefulness.
Chapter Six
Christa handed Adrian his drink. He looked up, smiled and gave her a wink as he talked on his cell phone. She hated when he had to work while they vacationed together. His intensity level seemed to rise the longer he was on the phone and not in the good kind of way. She smiled back at him as he suddenly began yelling into his phone about business. Not wanting to hear the profanities, Christa excused herself to the small bathroom aboard the plane. She walked through the doors and shut them before turning to look at herself in the mirror.
She looked herself over and rubbed her stomach. She had just found out she was pregnant but still did not know who the father was. Adrian was the likely person but with the thought of sleeping with Lance still fresh in her mind, she found it hard to concentrate. Her baby bump was on the verge of showing obviously and she would not be able to hide it much longer. She worried what Adrian would do if he found out. Even worse, she worried what he would do if he found out that Lance was the father.
After she waited for Adrian’s voice to calm, she heard him hang up his phone before heading back into the cabin. She plopped herself next to him playfully, trying to take her mind off her worries.
“You’re in a good mood,” Adrian said in his suave British accent.
“What makes you say that,” she asked trying to keep her apparent glow hidden.
“I am not sure,” he replied. “There is just something different about you lately that makes me feel so happy to be around you. You have been so upbeat lately.”
“Oh that,” she said. “I-I’ve been doing yoga recently. It does wonders for your mind and body.”
“I’ve heard about that,” he said excitedly and turned to face her with his leg tucked under him. “I hear it makes you much more limber as well.”
“Oh you,” she replied as she noticed his devilish grin. “Is that all you ever think about?”
“I can’t help it,” he said, as he looked her over from head to toe. “You have a way with me that I can’t explain. I feel I could never say no to you.”
“Is that so,” she asked grinning big as she climbed on top of him in a straddling position. “Would you then by me a pony?”
“If you say please,” he said as he grabbed her ass with both hands and squeezed.
The feeling of his strong hands on her skin began sending erotic signals throughout her body. She leaned down and kissed him passionately as he held her tight. Her tongue caressed his softly and made his pants tight. She could feel his
