    “ Oh,” Natalie sighed. “Oh. Yes. Yes! Oh!” The spiral uncurled, slowly at first, then tearing through her with a fury she’d never experienced before.
    “ Ahhh!” Scott tossed his head and bit down on her ankle, unleashing another dizzying spiral through both their bodies.
    The humid Florida night felt cool against their fiery skin. Neither one of them could move, and, as Scott gathered his senses, he could swear he heard applause. Or was it cheering?
    “ Nice job! Good form!”
    “ Excellent technique. I give it a ten.”
    “ Nine point seven.”
    “ Nine point nine.”
    Scott and Natalie looked up and saw two couples standing under a streetlight at the edge of the park. It was the same four people Scott saw walking through the park earlier. They’d seen everything.
    Natalie tensed, waiting for her husband’s reaction. He moved quickly, covering her naked hips with her skirt and zipping his pants. Then he stepped back and took a bow. “Thank you. Thank you very much.” He grinned at his stunned wife. “I hope you enjoyed the show. Although, I’m sure you didn’t enjoy it as much as I did.”
    The couples laughed and walked away, still cheering and whistling.
    Natalie just stared at him. “Who are you, and what have you done with my husband?”
    Scott shrugged. “We’re never going to see them again. Why let it bother me?” He pulled her to her feet and kissed her, teasing her tongue with his.
    “ I love you,” she whispered, still amazed he wasn’t running for cover.
    “ I love you.” He nibbled her lips, and she slid her hands down his chest, fumbling with his zipper. “What do you think you are doing?”
    “ More,” she moaned into his mouth.
    He gave a short laugh and grabbed her wandering hands. “No no no no no. Not here.”
    “ Yes. Here. Now.”
    “ Uh-uh. It’s time to go back to the hotel.” He shook his head and pried her fingers away from his groin. “One erotic outdoor performance a night is enough.”
    Natalie’s eyes sparkled. “Does that mean you’re willing to perform in public again? Soon?”
    He choked, cleared his throat, and tried to frown at her, but she was impossible to resist. “Maybe.”
    Natalie squealed and clapped her hands.
    “ But right now, you’re going to have to settle for an encore in our honeymoon suite.”
    “ If you insist….”

Mattress Inventory
     
    When you work forty hours a week and your husband works twelve-hour days and weekends, you hardly have time to see each other, let alone have time for sex. Last night, I got tired of waiting for his next day off and went to visit him at work. My husband, Jason, works as a sales rep. for a national furniture store chain. Weeknights were usually pretty slow, so I thought maybe I could steal him away for a minute or two—just long enough to rock his world—if you know what I mean.
    The assistant manager, Kevin, spotted my cherry red top and skirt as soon as I walked in the door. “Hi Leslie, he’s in the warehouse.”
    “ Slow tonight?” Not a customer in sight.
    “ Slow all day,” Kevin groaned. “But your husband is kicking my butt in sales.”
    “ Good.” I smiled, feeling quite proud. Last month, Jason was the number two sales rep. in the company. “What’s he doing in the warehouse?”
    “ Inventory.” Kevin double-checked the numbers on his computer. “They’re shorthanded so I volunteered Jason’s help.”
    “ Nice being the boss, isn’t it?” Kevin was several years younger than Jason but joined the company right out of college. Kevin’s gift for sales moved him up the promotion ladder in a hurry. “Can I go look for him?”
    “ Sure. Have fun.”
    “ I intend to.”
    I wasn’t sure if Kevin heard that, but judging by the look on his face, he wasn’t sure he heard it either. I decided to let him think whatever he wanted and sought out that man of mine.
