two men, I’m fucking both of them.” She blushed again.
Ryan looked into her eyes. “Does it bother you that we like sharing?” he asked. “We don’t want you to be uncomfortable.”
“I never really thought about it before now,” Cadence replied. “I always expected to be with just one man, but I have to say I really enjoyed myself last night. Being with you two just seemed to come naturally.”
“We enjoyed it, too,” Ryan said with a wicked grin and kissed her hard. “And as much as I’d love to enjoy you again right now, I do have to get ready for work.”
“Yes, I have to go to class,” Cadence sighed. “Are you driving me?”
“No,” Ryan said. “Chris will take you. But I’m going to pick you up because he will be in Cambridge for a concert tonight. We’d like you to come along.”
Cadence stilled. Chris had a concert, and they wanted her to go. Her father was the conductor of the symphony. How was she going to explain this? Her heart rate sped up, and her breathing became more rapid.
“Cadence?” Ryan asked in concern. “What’s wrong?”
“My father,” she whispered. Then she looked desperately at Ryan. “I can’t go with you! If he found out about us, he would have a fit! He never let me date in high school, and he would not approve of me having one boyfriend, let alone two!” Then a thought crossed her mind. What if the men just wanted something casual? “I mean, well, I assumed since we, that we were…oh fuck,” she mumbled. “I’m sorry. I know you probably want to keep this”—she waved between the two of them—“casual.”
Ryan took her face between his hands and forced her eyes to look into his. “Cadence, we would never have seduced you if we were looking for something casual,” he said.
“That’s right,” came Chris’s voice from the bathroom doorway. He sat down on the edge of the bed and stroked her hair. “You are anything but casual to us. If you were, you wouldn’t be living here or working with us.”
    “Okay,” Cadence said softly.
“Don’t worry about your father,” Chris said. “He doesn’t need to know about the relationship just yet. We promise to behave tonight.”
They both kissed her, and as she headed into the bathroom to shower, the men left for their own rooms.

Andrea took one look at Cadence and pulled her into the farthest corner of the classroom.
“OMG!” she whispered excitedly. “You did it, didn’t you? You’re positively glowing!”
Cadence blushed again. She was feeling like she should be permanently red.
“I knew it!” Andrea cried triumphantly. “I knew they had the hots for you. Which one was it?” she asked.
Cadence’s flush deepened, and she looked down at the floor.
“Holy fuck!” Andrea exclaimed loudly, causing several other students to look in their direction.
Cadence slapped Andrea’s arm and said, “Would you shut up?”
“Sorry,” she whispered. “But you fucked both of them, didn’t you? I cannot believe it! All this time I’ve been trying to get you to look at just one guy and you end up with two at once.”
“I didn’t plan on this happening,” Cadence mumbled. “But they are so hot, and, ummm, persuasive.” She and Andrea giggled.
“Speaking of not planning things,” Andrea said sternly. “I hope you were safe?”
“Thanks to them,” Cadence replied. “I was so caught up in the moment I didn’t even think about it. But they did. Actually I wanted to ask you about that. Chris wants me to go on the pill or something, but I don’t know what I need to do.”
So Andrea proceeded to outline some of her options and promised to take her to the campus medical clinic for a prescription later that day. Cadence practically floated through her classes until it was time for her private flute lesson.
After her warm-ups, Professor Milton asked her to play the Ibert piece, the one she had played for the men last night. Cadence looked away from the paper,
