a tear to her eye. They were happy.
Michael spoke as his eyes slid shut.
“We have pleasured our third, found
release, and drunk the sweetest blood of our whole existence. We are so
satisfied, Margaret, as to be almost comatose.”
She watched them and realised they
had had enough for one night. Her own body was singing out for more, but she
needed to process everything she had been told.
“Would you like to sleep here?”
They frowned and staggered to their
feet.
“We would love to sleep with you in
our arms, but daylight is deadly to us. We must go home for our rest.”
Margaret stood in her blanket and
watched her big, tough vampires stagger across the room. Nathaniel picked up a
handkerchief and cleaned himself before he joined Michael and struggled into
his clothes also.
She laughed aloud. They looked like
complete drunkards.
“Will you be all right to get home?”
They looked at her with puzzled
expressions.
“You both look drunk. I wouldn’t
want you falling asleep before you reached safety.”
    They both chuckled and walked
forward again.
    Michael, her beautiful blond boy,
stepped up to her first.
“I love that you are concerned for us.”
She opened her mouth to reply, and
he pulled her into his arms and set his lips on hers. She moaned as she felt
his body stir against her as his tongue plunged into her mouth. Michael hadn’t
kissed her like this yet, and she was amazed at the passion he could still
display for her.
Moaning loudly, she wrapped her arms
around his neck and kissed him back, mimicking his lip and tongue movements the
best she could.
He groaned and broke off, staggering
away to sit down on the chaise, breathing hard.
“That was meant to be just a goodbye
kiss.” He frowned at her.
She giggled and held her arms out to
Nathaniel, giddy with the knowledge they wanted her so much.
    Nathaniel stepped close and kissed
her softly. She reached out to grab him, and he disappeared across the room to
Michael.
She laughed again. What scared little things
they were. She only wanted to kiss them.
    Nathaniel pulled Michael to his
feet, and they bowed as one.
    “See you tomorrow night?” Nathaniel
asked her.
She nodded. She couldn’t think of
anything better.
“I have lots of questions.” She did.
And by the time they returned tomorrow night, she would have a lot more.
    They smiled.
    “We have forever.”
    Her belly tightened with the
promise, and they were gone.
    Margaret collapsed onto the chaise
giggling to herself . She had accused them of looking
drunk, but it was she who felt intoxicated.
She stretched and let the blanket
fall, her naked body exposed to the warm room.
She ran her hands over her breasts
and down to her sticky thighs. She giggled again and moaned as she explored the
places her men had kissed, licked, and sucked.
She held her arms in front of her
face, inspecting the puncture marks in both arms.
Did vampires truly exist? Had she
just witnessed a true miracle? She laughed aloud. Two men?
Could she keep two men happy?
Did she want to be a part of a
relationship with three people?
    Knowing Michael and Nathaniel had
loved each other for so long was daunting, but at the same time humbling. They
both wanted her to join them so much.
What must it have been like to feel
incomplete for so long? Horrible wouldn’t even cover it she would imagine.
    Margaret sighed and stood up,
pulling her dress on slowly.
She loved her life, and all the
trappings that came with it. Some of the women could be tiresome, but she
finally had the freedom she had craved for so long. She had good servants,
beautiful clothes, and lots of money. Did she want to give all that up to
become a creature that drank blood and couldn’t step into the sunlight?
    Margaret ascended the stairs slowly,
ignoring the interested looks the servants tried to hide. She had never had a
lover before, and she knew that she had been loud enough for the footmen to
hear. She just didn’t care.
    Her dress fell
