never thought he abused her or anyone else. He was all choked up. After a few minutes of silence and Misty started to calm he spoke. “What have I done to you Misty?” he said looking at her.
Misty looked up at him with a tear stricken face and said . “What haven’t you done to me Vince? That would be easier to answer.” She stood up. “You haven’t left marks that people could see and you haven’t hit me,” she replied.
Vince covered his mouth and just sat there in shock . “How did I not know?” he stared off.
“ Because Vince, you were too busy taking your pleasure’s from me. You didn’t care how you got them. All you could see was what you wanted from me. And how I could make you feel,” she cried.
He looked at her . “How did you…” he started.
“ I learned not to fight you Vince. I learned not to get you upset. I learned to just let you take what you want.” She stood there and looked at him.
“ I don’t know what to say Misty,” he sat in shock.
“ I was waiting for you to tire of me. Kimmy told me your relationships didn’t last long. So I waited. I put up with it. But you weren’t ending it. You started getting more and abusive. I started getting more and more scared. So I thought I would end it by telling you I loved you.” She looked at him. Vince stood and started walking toward her. Misty stiffened and started backing away.
“ Please don’t back away Misty,” Vince pleaded. He reached out his arms Misty stopped.
“ What do you want from me Vince?”
“ Misty that day you told me you loved me. I felt different. It felt different breaking it off with you. The way you looked and sounded it seemed so real.” He looked at her.
Misty just turned her head. “I had to keep telling myself, reminding myself, of all the hurt and pain you caused me Vince,” she looked back at him.
“ So somewhere deep inside you really did love me?”
Misty let out a nervous laugh . “Yeah, pretty stupid on my part right?”
Vince started walking up to her again. Misty started backing away again. Next thing she knew her back was again against the wall. She stiffened when she hit it. Vince saw pure terror in her face. He got close. He reached out and touched her face. She closed her eyes tight as she held her breath.
“Please look at me Misty.” This was tearing him apart. He has no Idea what he has put her though. And by the look on her face, he wasn’t sure he wanted to.
Misty slowly opened her eyes. “What are you going to do to me?” she started to gasps.
“ All I want is your forgiveness, I want for you not to be scared of me. I want you to love me and I want to love you back.”
“ I don’t think that is possible Vince. Not anymore.”
Vince pushed up against her . “And why not?” he questioned. His voice got a little loud. He felt strange what was happening to him?
Misty started to shake. She went to tilt her head and Vince stopped her . “Don’t Misty please don’t,” and he pulled his body away from hers. He himself started to shake.
“ That’s why Vince,” she looked at him with tear filled eyes.
Vince knew right then, he wouldn ’t be able to control himself around her anymore. He didn’t know why. He didn’t know why he did them things to her. Vince choked. “Your right Misty your right,” he turned he started walking towards the door. He had to figure this out. Get it under control.
“ Vince,” Misty called in a soft voice.
    He stopped . “Yes Misty.”
“ For what it’s worth, you are incredible. I will always have love for you,” she softly said.
Vince was choked after everything he has done to her and she says that ? “The feelings mutual Misty,” and he walked out the door. He stood there with his back against her door. He listened to her as she cried. He closed his eyes his heart was broken. But he knew he had to fix himself, but didn’t know where to start.
